PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

It is a great pleasure for me to welcome you to our website. My name is Chet Dixon and I am President of Ministries of Love.

This ministry began in 1985, since then we have expanded our efforts to take the love of Jesus Christ far beyond where we first imagined. We are glad you stopped in to visit with us, so that we can show you who we are, what we do, and how you can become our partner to take this ministry throughout the world.

What a great privilege it is for us to serve God wherever He leads, whether it be here at home or in some remote region of the world. God calls each of us to use our talents and gifts in different ways. When we partner to join our gifts and talents together, we accomplish so much more. Therefore, you are very important to us. Together we can accomplish much and I hope you call us to determine how we can work together.

We want you to be our partner on this awesome journey to provide public education and the teachings of Jesus Christ to parts of the world that desperately need both. Chile, South America has primarily been our focus and it is where we have built Public Christian Schools, but God is now leading us into Africa. In Africa, we will work to create new models for education and worship.

We must seize every opportunity to provide general and Christian education to the children of the world, to people who may never become literate, or may never hear about Jesus Christ and his love for all of us.

You may ask, "What's the bottom line for Ministries of Love?" It is that we want children of the world to become leaders for God, family, community and country. They cannot do this if they are illiterate and unaware of God's love for their lives. In Matthew 28: 19-20, Jesus tells us to "go" and teach and make disciples of all nations. That is what we strive to do.
